OUR OLIVE OIL
800 olive trees from which we hand-harvest a certified organic extra virgin olive oil, cold-extracted and pressed at the village mill. A subtly herbaceous aroma, an elegant green fruity taste, a silky texture, a touch of 100% Provençal gold on your plate. Come and taste it in our shop.
