An alliance between an exceptional land and the hand of man, the Domaine Fontainebleau in Provence is a preserved Eden.
Bordered by forests and bathed in light, it is an exceptional land enchanted by the abundance of water with numerous springs, widely appreciated with the river, the waterfall and numerous fountains.

OLIVE OIL
The estate now has more than 800 olive trees on its land.
Céline Bouchard, in love with this tree and its fruits, therefore worked to launch cultivation intended for the production of olive oil.
In good years, olive trees produce up to 3 tons of olives.
