Indulge in the Louis Baptiste Blanc 2023 from Domaine de Fontainebleau, a prestigious wine from the Coteaux Varois en Provence appellation. Crafted from a harmonious blend of Rolle (75%) and Ugni Blanc (25%), this wine is distinguished by its round and delicately brioche-like character.
Originating from an exceptional terroir composed of limestone soils and red pelites, the meticulous vinification takes place in demi-muids and temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Eight months of aging in French oak demi-muids imparts remarkable aromatic complexity and refined elegance to this wine.
On the palate, the complex and generous nose reveals delicious aromas of exotic fruits, subtle vanilla, and candied fruit. This rich and full-bodied wine offers a beautiful length, underscored by luscious notes of candied fruit on the finish.
Serve this vintage between 13°C and 14°C to fully appreciate its exceptional flavors. It will be ideal to accompany grilled sea bass, a fennel and parmesan tatin, or a chicken tagine with preserved lemon.
Depending on the option you choose, the unit sold here is either a carton of 6 x 75cl bottles, or a carton of 3 x 1.5L magnums.
