OUR PROPERTY
A property nestled in the hills near Vallon Sourn on the road to Cotignac in Green Provence. Jean-Louis and Céline Bouchard, out of nostalgia for old-fashioned farms, large gatherings with friends, or simply out of love for life, have created their paradise.
Take a stroll through these woods composed of holm oaks, white oaks, and pines, naturally, 35 hectares of vineyards with 17 grape varieties, but also a thousand olive trees from which a delicious olive oil, nicknamed "yellow gold," is hand-picked. All bordered by jade-green waters whose babbling rivals the song of the cicadas, can you picture it?
Here, people, hands, craftsmanship, ancestral skills, and animals are the key elements; it's a place that takes the time to live. All of this culminates in wines that regularly win medals in all three colors: red, white, and rosé.

A PANORAMIC VIEW
From the large windows, one can appreciate a 360° balcony overlooking an opulent Provence: majestic columns, truffle oaks, an old rehabilitated hamlet, trees several centuries old, terraces planted with olive trees, the back of a chapel, a few plots of vines, and the mill perched on its hill.

THE MILL
The mill operates with a rotation system powered by east wind or mistral, with mechanics identical to those of the past and capable of producing flour in the old way.

THE CHAPEL
The presence of ruins of a very old small village allowed for the reconstruction of a tiny Romanesque-inspired chapel.
Consecrated by the Archbishop of Fréjus and named after Saint Lucy, the chapel is first and foremost a Christian space. It symbolizes the serenity of the estate and invites contemplation for those who wish it. Blessings can be received there.

THE COLUMNS
These Greco-Roman style columns overlook the estate from the top of a series of old terraces planted with olive trees. This unusual structure in the heart of nature is actually the pediment of a former local courthouse, certainly dating from the 18th century.
