Terroir
The plot
The Côtes de Provence plots lie on a hill on the estate called the Collet des prés de Vins.
The soil is clay-limestone.
The clay in the soil holds just enough moisture for the vine not to suffer, while the limestone drains away the excess.
It is this contrasting balance of the terroir that perfectly regulates the moisture of the soil, giving the wine its freshness and the saline mineral signature so characteristic of Provence Verte.
Our terroir rests on the right balance of the elements that make it up.
For our part, we observe it, listen to it and accompany it, so that it gives us the very best of itself.
